Quality System
Development and prosperity of our joint stock company depend above all on its position in both home and foreign markets. That is why all business activities are focused on continual extending the opportunities to provide our customers with the products and services, which, by their quality, reliability, performance and environmental friendliness, meet the stated and/or expected requirements in the field of aircraft equipment, steam and expansion turbines, precise castings, and commercial machine parts. The joint stock company implements the quality management system in accordance with the standards AS 9100 Rev. B: 2004 and ČSN EN ISO 14001/2005 in fulfilling its strategic objectives. Top managers of the company recognise the system as key tools for continual improvement of processes with focus on the customer's satisfaction, effective utilisation of all resources, and reduction of negative impacts on the environment. The company's management leads all employees at all levels to careful behaviour with regard to the environment, and takes actions to reduce the environmental burden from the operations continuously. All activities are reviewed at stated intervals to correct both technical and organisational deviations. The members of the top management, by their personal involvement, help actively to implement the established quality and environmental system as well as environmental acts and regulations. The joint stock company invests substantial money in the development of new products and introduction of new modern technologies to improve the effectiveness of production and to fulfil the strategic goals of its development. We focus on continual optimisation of processes, reduction of costs and effective utilisation of resources. Our fellow-workers, who by their expertise, skills and creative approach ensure high technical standard of our products and services, are one of the key factors of successful development of the company. That is why we continuously support the improving and deepening the knowledge by the employees at all levels, and our motivation programmes help us to reach high interest in the performed activities with a link to the creation of conditions for satisfaction of the employees. High level of responsibility for the performed activities and for the quality of products is a motivational element, which unites work teams which are able to produce final products ensuring competitive strength of our company in the world markets.
We apply the principles of the quality and environmental system not only in internal processes, but also in external communication, most of all with our suppliers, where we present our environmental targets and enforce environmentally friendly approach and observance of legal requirements, in particular with regard to the purchased products which could have an adverse impact on the environment. All manufactured or purchased products and rendered services are thoroughly checked for their conformity to the approved and verified documents. Any nonconformity is, in accordance with internal regulations, settled, and is subject to corrective and preventive actions. The quality and environmental system is regularly evaluated and reviewed by the company's management in order to ensure its suitability and effectiveness, and to identify opportunities for improvement or changes. The company's management and all employees are responsible for the observance of the quality and environmental system principles as described in the control and implementation documents and in this Policy, and shall fulfil the objectives specified in these areas to ensure continual development of our joint stock company.
