Personnel policy penetrates the whole process of company management. The aim of the personnel policy at První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš, a.s. is to become a prestigious employer in the region and retain and develop qualified employees.

By ensuring an effective system of education, we encourage our employees' professional growth and development of expert knowledge. This makes the employees ready for meeting customer demands on top quality of production. In all of the above processes and activities, we take into account the issue of environmental approach and sustainable development. The educational activities get a partial support from the European Union's structural funds through the European Social Fund and the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Our design, development and technology divisions co-operate with university and research institute departments. Of particular significance is the collaboration with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology. We are also successful at winning university graduates for specific work in, and future co-operation with, our company.

První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš, a.s. ensures practical apprentice training for Jan Tiray’s Secondary Vocational School. A modern-equipped practical training centre and a combination of the knowledge gained at school and the production practice under the guidance of experienced supervisors form a basis for the growth of new qualified metalworkers. An overwhelming majority of them become the skeleton staff of První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš, a.s.

All those interested in co-operating with our company can see the entire corporate premises on the "Open Day". Every year, this event is held on the first October Saturday, when will as usual welcome more than 900 visitors. Any detailed information will be given during a personal visit.
