Machine Shop and Tools Division

Founded in 1996 as an independent unit, the Machine Shop and Tools Division (MSTD) focuses on the manufacture of customized parts and products, from the procurement and approval of input materials through development of suitable technologies including jigs and fixtures, to machining, assembly, inspection, packaging and delivery to the customer’s door.
At present the Division has 155 employees. The products and parts manufactured by MSTD are demanded by those customers who require a repetitive high accuracy of dimensions, shape and position, as well as guaranteed quality of the entire manufacturing process.
MSTD focuses in particular on:
- complete machining for strategic customers
- design of moulds and jigs in "ProE"
- manufacture of moulds for precise casting
- manufacture of jigs and special tools
- manufacture of complex parts and assemblies
- manufacture of decanting centrifuges for continuous separation of solid particles from suspensions
- CNC grinding of tools
- electrospark machining
- welding
- 3D PRISMO measuring (max. 1200x900 mm, 500 kg)
- balancing (max. weight of the balanced body is 1100 kg, max. diameter 1500 mm, max. distance between the balanced diameters 2400 mm)
Thanks to the fact that all resources of the Division are used for the manufacturing of based on the customer's order, it is quite sure that the products are delivered in the dates agreed upon, and that the manufacture is not affected by circumstances which may arise if such work is only an additional element to fill in free capacities of shops which manufacture their own products.
The products of the Division are delivered to the customers from the Czech Republic, Sweden, Italy, Hungary, Poland, France, Netherlands and Austria.

The entire manufacturing process of MSTD employs and is controlled by the quality system certified according to the standards AS 9100 Revision B:2004, ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and ČSN ISO 14001:2005.
