Moulds for Precise Casting
The ultraprecision metallic moulds for the manufacture of wax patterns are made by a subcontractor. The moulds ensure high precision of castings which cannot be achieved by any other casting technology, expect die casting. The moulds are designed by our specialists using the ProEnginer software. Our experienced and skilled professionals are always ready to find an optimal solution in collaboration with the customer.
Castings for Turbochargers
Metallurgy Division focuses on precision casting of turbocharger impeller wheels and guide wheels. The castings are manufactured of IN 713C, IN 713LC and N 155 alloys. Based on drawings, we are able to propose an optimal shape of casting, design and make necessary pattern equipment - a mould for wax pattern pressing, and, after it, develop an optimal technology of casting and to deliver the castings in required quality. The weight of nickel base superalloy castings is up to 20 kg.
The turbocharger wheels are delivered to all turbocharger manufacturers in the Czech Republic and to three manufacturers in Germany.
Castings of blades of stationary gas turbines
We cast moving and guide blades of stationary gas turbines. The castings are of materials IN 738C, IN 713LC, Mar M247 and N 155. The blade castings are delivered to the US, German and Czech firms.
Castings for aircraft equipment
For aircraft equipment, we cast rotors and guide wheels of auxiliary power units i.e. technologically complex castings made of IN 713LC working at temperatures up to 900°C. We also cast components of aircraft air conditioning systems.
The most demanding castings include precision castings of rotors and guide wheels of the turbojet engine TJ 100. The casting material is IN 713LC or IN 792-5A.
Castings for glass industry
We are specialized in the defibering head castings which are delivered to the glass wool manufacturers in the Czech Republic and Germany. These complex castings are made of nickel base superalloys 2.4879, 141 and 141I.
Castings of femoral components
These are castings for medical purposes. With regard to their purpose, they are subject to strict requirements. We have managed the technology of precision casting of more than ten various types of castings of cobalt base superalloys. The foundry staff develop other components.
