News of year 2010
ILA Berlin 2010
From June 8 to 13, our company took part in the ILA Berlin international air show, in particular with exhibits designed for small aircraft and unmanned air vehicles - small turbine engine TJ100 and turboprop engine TP100.
The history of ILA (Internationale Luftschifffahrt-Ausstellung) dates back to 1909, when the air show was first held in Frankfurt, with participation of about 500 exhibitors such as Zeppelin, Parseval, Clouth and Ruthenberg. Main exhibits were airships and balloons. Airplanes were presented only marginally. The year 2010 thus saw the 100th anniversary of the world's oldest air show.
The air show slightly differed from the previous ones, as there were specialized pavilions such as HeliCenter, International Suppliers Center, Career Center, and Space Pavilion, of which the latter three were opened for expert public only. On the show also various new products were presented, such as new transport aircraft A400M, helicopter CH 53 GA (German Advanced), and also DLR-H2 - aircraft powered solely by hydrogen fuel cells. Just the latter was like a motto of the air show where a number of firms tried to present their "green" programmes.

"Employee of the engineering firm today and tomorrow"
The conference took place on 20 May 2010 in the On-the-Job Training Centre of PBS Velká Bíteš at Vlkovská 279, 595 01 Velká Bíteš, in the premises of the Training Centre Vysočina. The conference was intended for all those who wanted to learn more about training of young specialists in machining, or contribute with their own incentives or experience. Representatives of employers of the closest region were invited. The great positive of the conference was the fact that really fruitful discussion focused just on the needs of labour market was held in friendly atmosphere. In the discussion the employers defined their requirements for school-leavers. The representatives of the school together with the On-the-Job Training Centre could react to these incentives both in the discussion and, later on, in teaching.
The conference was held within the project "Innovation in development of trainees' competence according to the needs of labour market". The project is financed the European Social Fund and state budget of the Czech Republic.
